during each section you either participate in being of service or you choose to receive.
Directions for Community Retreat Campover
Please arrive on time for check-in and orientation at 4:44 on Thursday early arrival at 4pm
We ask that you walk, ride your bike or get a ride to our golden front gate, proceed to walk down the entrance driveway 1/2 mile across the 1960 lava field to will arrive through our gate and be led into the hearth .
Please do not bring anything with you except your blanket.
When you arrive we will provide you with a “Bliss Basket” which will give you everything you need
This will be your basket during the 27 hours to support you throughout your journey.
You will also receive a bag with a towel and a bed roll that you can lay down in various events, locations and activities.
Our Hau Hale is a quiet space for massage, with private rooms and yoga classes in our yoga space, it is also a bath house with Silent Hau Hale Juice Bar.
Please remember that Each person following directions closely,
participating and flowing on time throughout the weekend is crucial in making it a wonderful, healing experience and a smooth beautiful dance for us all.
We will be practicing silence during the retreat
(except to talk about important information while working together or speaking in Heartshare circles,
or in song and toning circles.
Thursday
4:44pm arrival
The Adults will all circle in the Hau Hale (Healing Sanctuary) at 530 to share in our opening ceremony.
There will be a silent juice bar open in the space before and after the circle.
Keiki will gather in the shop at 530pm and will be led into a theatre-based activity followed by Kitchen Café where the keiki will be serving drinks and food,
you will be given “kamani currency” to purchase in the dinner theatre.
and older keiki will sign up for different jobs such as cook, dishwasher, server, hostess, live music, manager, theatre performance(9pm) and open mic/talent show from 7 to 9pm.
7pm - 10pm
There will be 3 different spaces holding activities during this first Segment
Shop: Keiki Kitchen Cafe and Dinner Theatre
Hau Hale Healing Sanctuary: Juice bar and Massage clinic
7-830 : massage clinic (3 rooms with tables)
8:30-10pm : massage clinic(3 rooms with tables)
Accompanied by healing live music
Coco Hale: There will be a fire, juice bar, sound healing, toning circle, meditation for personal and global transformation
Each participant is free to sleep where they feel most comfortable falling asleep

~Tree planting ceremony and Garden downloads with Brandon
~Keiki facilitation with Jamila
10am-1pm massage appointments (3) 1.5 hours each/juice bar open/bathing/swimming/keiki hike
1pm-2:30 “Humankind” Heartshare circle(all adults circle in the Hau Hale for sharing circle)
3pm-6pm Skill Share (6 classes offered in 3 different spaces 3-4:20 and 4:30-6pm) if you wish to offer a class please email me as soon as possible to apply
you may wish to make a donation for this segment, or may come help on Monday or Tuesday for 3 hour session to help set up
